[Elphel-support] Priority of the thread for writing image data to a CF card over TCP.

In our application, the thread of writing image data to a CF card is
scheduled with SCHED_OTHER (thus priority 0).   The thread of receiving
data from the camera server is scheduled with SCHED_FIFO (priority 60).
