[Elphel-support] Priority of the thread for writing image data to a CF card over TCP.

Our application developed by previous engineers set this priority to zero
while
priorities to receive image data from camera servers were set to 60.      I
thought that it might be beneficial to give more priorities to the thread
for writing image data to a CF card since we are having some issue with the
CF card.

I wonder if you can help us with what would be proper priority setting.
