The camera address is the default one. But we cannot ping the camera
because their is no network created by the camera, the Ethernet lights
are off on the computers.

We have tried on several computers and for all of them the Ethernet LEDS
are off. And network interfaces didn't get any Ethernet network.

We test with an other POE supply and the two leds on the camera remain
on without blinking (I will make another again test with an other POE),
and we their is still no network. We also test network cables.

When we plug the camera the leds are: orange - solid, green - solid. And
we don't succeed to get: orange - solid, green - blinks quickly.
The netboot script stop at "Starting boot...", which seems coherent with
the fact that the Ethernets LED on computers are off.

Our camera is an Elphel NC353L, I think with the last revision (we
bought it 6 months ago) and we don't have serial port on the side.
