[Elphel-support] RS-485 from an Elphel

Hi Bob!

Your question reminded me of this tutorial written a while ago on using an
Arduino with an Elphel.  Arduinos also use an ftdi chip:

Driver wasn't built in at least as of firmware 8.0.8.29.
