Dear Andrey,

Very thanks for your reply and your valuable time.
As this video is the only key to find the murderer, so everything that can
only recover some pixels of video is vital for me.
Fortunately the camera whose recorded the scene is a fixed camera with no
movable part.
In some frames of video it seems that the face and number plate of the
murderer's motorcycle has not so much motion blur, so it seems that if we
can restore the optical blur of camera lens, it will be a big gain.
The video is in PAL format and is recorded by a DVR, I try soon to upload
whole video or at least some important clips for you. The scene in
different frame are about 5,6,13 meter far from camera.
I know you are very busy, but I appreciate you very much if you help me how
to use Aberration_Correction plugin as much as possible.
Also I welcome any other product even commercial ones that can help me to
measure accurately the camera psf at a fixed location to restore a part of
video, If you know any practical one please and please inform me.

Best Regards,
A sad but hopeful father,
Amir Ahmad Shishegar
