Diana, for the video stream you may use MPlayer

mplayer rtsp://192.168.0.9

If the frame size is larger than the screen size, you may need to try
different video outputs, i.e. (assuming camera IP is default 192.168.0.9)

mplayer rtsp://192.168.0.9 -vo x11
