[Elphel-support] Odd Bug: Jpeg Sequence stops at 1909 frames on every attempt

HI Andrey,

I've tried to work with .mov but every time I try to split the file into
JPEGs (using quicktime or any other splitter), I lose all the EXIF data and
the geo information. The JPEG sequence has been great but the 1909 limit is
quite odd because even when I change the quality drastically and also the
resolution, I get the same limitation. Making the JPEG sequence work would
be ideal for me.
