[Elphel-support] Procure LiveDVD for Elphel camera NC353L

Dear Olga S Filippova,

The problem is that I cannot find the camera whatever using "Search camera" or netboot command with the Kubuntu SDK computor, the camera's IP is not accessable by any mode for now. 

If you don't provide me the Elphel LiveDVD, I will have to send back the camera to you to get your help on repairing of it.

Any advice please let me know, thanks!

Dear Olga S Filippova,

I have gotten the SDK computer but I haven't found a tool that can restore the firmware for my NC353L camera. I think I still need a LiveDVD to boot up my computer and then to reflash the camera via a low level programming mode.

Could you send me a Elphel LiveDVD ASAP?  Thanks!

we have shipped to your company the NC353L camera Kit with the SDK
computer. Do you have it?  There is everything pre-installed on the
SDK computer needed for re-flashing / restore the camera.
