Michael,

What kinds of problems because of the heat are you having? Maybe there is
some hardware defect (the factory had some problems wit the quality of
soldering Axis ETRAX ship, we fixed it together last winter). So cameras
should be able to run really hot.

And yes, 10369 board has means to connect 3.3V (or 5V if you change the
"jumper" - you'll need soldering for that), it also has on-board temperature
sensor you can use to read the temperature)
