[Elphel-support] compressor state

Hello Andrey, Oleg and Scott,

I'm encountering the crash when the lights are turned of too. The bug is
reproducible. It seems to be an out-of-range problem. After turning on
the lights again the picture is red or green colored and the cam doesn't
recover.
