Rene,

So is it correct, that:

1) both new cameras respond this way and

2) the old camera with the same computer responds correctly (displays mini help page for the image server on port 8081)?

It is very strange that both cameras behave that way as I tested them. OK, I'll be happy to check

Andrey

Hello Andrey,

This is what happens for both http://192.168.0.9 and 8081

Is it a good idea to send it to you to check it?

Rene,

What happens when you try to open in the browser

http://192.168.0.9

and separately

http://192.168.0.9:8081

Hello Andrey,

Thank you very much for your response. I did find your email in the SPAM folder (sorry).

We tested with 3 different computers with no success (additionally, we tried connecting as usual with our program).

Pinging is responding correctly at address 192.168.0.9 and NMAP is showing a connection to the device with the ports open (22, 23, 21, 8081), we agree it is unusual. Would it be possible to get a teamviewer session for you to try it? We have the teamviewer ready to go.

Thank you,

René Garcia

Hello Rene,

I'm sorry - I replied you before but probably it did not go through. Here it is:

Hello, Rene,

I'm sorry you got
problems. I programmed both cameras and ran them for over 24 hours for
testing so it is very unlikely they both failed. Does any of your old
cameras work with the same computer in place of the new ones? What
response do you get in the browser? Maybe your browser tries to open  https://192.168.0.9 instead of http://192.168.0.9?

Hello,

Sending multiple emails to request support for the issue described below. Please add me to the list or provide technical support... where can I send the cameras for diagnostic?

Thank you,

René Garcia

Dear product support team,

We are struggling to get the NEW cameras working and would like to get technical support. We just received the cameras and they are communicating (responding to the pings and showing the ports open as they should, screenshots below), but can load the website (192.168.0.9) or see any images. Could it be something like but software not loaded? We urgently need these cameras, your prompt response is appreciated.

We have teamviewer ready to go....
