[Elphel-support] 10393 firmware for 10342 & 10344

Hello Andrey. As I have found out nobody who can help me with 393 firmware
to support 10342 and 10344 at this part of the world. I hope somewhere
between your projects your guys will find spare time to implement it's
support. I can wait a year. I'm not sure that I can do it myself. I have
no  experience in coding or any experience in VDT or VHDL.  As we
previously discussed CCD's is much better for stills. It have global
shutter and more realistic colors. Global shutter is essential to shoot
moving targets or through moving objects, in ex shooting through fan blades
of UAV.
