Anatoly,

Horizontal blanking in this sensor can not be reduced below few hundred pixels - it is probably needed for the ADC operation. Vertical blanking can be made small - we use it in line-scan mode when only 1 pair of lines is acquired in each frame, then multiple such line pairs are combined in a large virtual frame and compressed/transferred as a single image.

Yes, you can use any combination of decimation and binning modes available in the sensor - they are available through the parameter settings and even from the camera GUI interface.

You do not need GRR mode (it is possible but may need some changes in the driver). If the pulsed light source is under your control, you may use either an external delay or just program the camera output to trigger it when all lines are exposed (and set exposure time >= readout time). When the camera trigger source is selected to be from the FPGA timer, the trigger delay sets the delay from the frame trigger to the output pulse that you can connect to the laser control circuitry.
