[Elphel-support] Elphel 353 no connection after RTSP interuption

Hello,

When I plug the power supply this morning I get the two LED off. The camera
still receive power because it becomes warm when it's plugged.
But I still didn't succeed to get any network, and plug/unplug Ethernet
cable didn't put the camera in netboot mode.
