[Elphel-support] How to develop with elphel NC353L on windows?

I want to catch images one by one from the elphel camera in my own C project. My camera is elphel NC353L, the OS is windows7/xp. I am not familiary with streaming. Does anybody knows how to develop with elphel camera in windows ?
