Hi,

1. Does the camera get warm when left "powered" for 5-10 minutes?

2. Can you test if power supply works?

3. So you have an interface board (10369
<http://wiki.elphel.com/index.php?title=10369> with SATA, USB and extra 2
connectors on the side) installed?
Do you have a serial cable? It consists of a RS-232 Adapter/Cable and USB
to RS-232 converter cable -

If yes.
Could you try to connect the camera (J16 - it's the biggest white one on this
picture <http://wiki.elphel.com/index.php?title=File:10369_top_sm.jpeg>) to
your PC's USB:

PC:
a. Install a program called "minicom"
b. Set the device to ttyUSB0 or the one under which the converter is
detected.
c. Set settings:
Speed: 115200 8N1
RTS/CTS: None
XON/XOFF : None

Camera:
d. Power on and check if there's any output. Please send the results.
