How to test it? in a telnet session run:

> fpcf -imu 1000 | grep "1:"

where 1000 is the number of records to print, "grep" filters the records
that have "1:" meaning they are records from GPS.
"0:" - for IMU,
"2:" - for images.

Can you see any GPS related records?
If I remember correctly your:
GPS is 5Hz - 5 records/sec (IMU - 2560 records/sec)

In the log records for images (read_imu_log.php):
"TimeStamp" is the logger time.
"MasterTimeStamp" - time that is written into image's EXIF.
