[Elphel-support] getting raw file from JP4

Andrey,

Got the ImageJ and the plugin, the process of converting the JP4 to raw
image, needs to be fast and in C/C++ to interface with our own code which
processes the image. I am not sure where to get started in the Java code to
see where it does processing to get the raw Image. Could you point to
documentation to make sense and write code for this.
