[Elphel-support] How to unbrick the camera?

Thanks,  I've got it working now.

I was using "sudo ./netboot" which lost the path settings from init_env.
 It was using /usr/bin/etraxfsboot instead of the compiled one.  And it
couldn't find the 'cmdline' tool.
