Marco,

It's still unclear what the problem is.

1. What's your camera MAC address (printed on the bottom)?
2. You mentioned the model - NC353L - just to confirm - Does have USB, SATA
and a serial port?
3. Type "ping -b 192.168.0.255" in a console/terminal and please send us
the output?
