Hm yes, libaudiofile0 is not presented in 12.04. (
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=all&searchon=names&keywords=libaudiofile0
)
Get it from oneiric.
You may add next line to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://cz.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu oneiric main universe
and do "apt-get update" after that.
Or download deb and install manually from the page:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/oneiric/libaudiofile0
