Hey,
I've just done the update and then the command you suggested and have gotten the singular error below:

It is not necessary to install kubuntu-desktop-trinity for kdevelop.
Try this commands (with sudo or from root):
# apt-get update
# apt-get install kdevelop-trinity kdelibs4c2a-trinity libcvsservice0-trinity kdebase-trinity-bin libarts1c2a-trinity
libqt3-mt=3:3.3.8-d*
