[Elphel-support] Synchronizing with an external flash

Some questions are raising while reading the documentation pages.

I have plugged a 4P4C connector with a 4-wires cable to J15. Is this
connector GPIO[11] ? I have chosen to use PIN 2 on that connector. 

I am using between the J15 connector and the external flash a LD117 with
an adjustable output voltage (using a potentiometer). I must be cautious
because I can damage my flash in case of incorrect voltage...

Should my Elphel settings be the following ones ?
TRIG = 4
TRIG_CONDITION = 0
TRIG_OUT = 0x400000 (I'm using bit 22)
TRIG_PERIOD = 1
TRIG_BITLENGTH = 31
EXTERN_TIMESTAMP = 0
XMIT_TIMESTAMP = 0
Thanks in advance for your help. I am not sure of TRIG_OUT value.
