[Elphel-support] files with zero duration...

i have some corrupted files (due to frame dropping...)

the problem is that they have a wrong zero duration, but gstreamer can read
the files without problem (and also totem). But ffmpeg cannot... (so
neither vlc or blender)

do you know some comandline way to fix this files?
