Hi there, Oleg,

First, thanks for all your help. I have been able to open Elphel and
connect the CF Cards succesfully. At first, I thought the camera hadn't
recognized them because the first interface of the "Disk recorder" page
showed "no devices found", but after messing about a little bit, I found
the page to mount the devices and now I see they are being recognized. I'm
not sure if I can mount both at the same time, but they definitely are
being seen by Elphel!

Now what I'm trying to figure out is how to be able to see a video stream
for the camera (the bicycle guy icon). In my Debian Stable machine, this
icon does not show up. But the image from the lens (a Fujinon MA Z) is
incredible, that can already be seen. The refresh rate here (when turning
on the arrows icon) is good and I can see movement of my hands when I put
them in front of the lens.

In my Debian Testing laptop, there is the bicycle guy icon, but whenever I
click on it, only a black screen shows up.

Is there any program that I need to be able to have a video stream? I tried
using MPlayer and VLC manually to see their output and they go below. I'm
not sure if I have to change anything from the camera to be able to stream
from it... Please, any links that can help me here will be apreciated - I
will also update Elphel's wiki with this information.

thanks Oleg!

flavio
