[Elphel-support] using elphel for the first time

Hi there, an update to this issue:

I've re-ran nmap and it does seem to recognize Elphel's IP. It's the only
one identified (Hon Hai Precision). I can ping to all of the IPs
recognized, except for Elphel's, which just hangs without response.

This is the output of my nmap:
