Rick,

Before the reflash output seems normal, at least camera could communicate
with the sensor (missing MCP is OK - that code was for the microchannel
plate image intensifier). After the reflash it seems the camera could not
connect to the sensor at all.

I do not remember about that particular version, but normally the cameras
were turning LED on for the reflash - it should take several minutes to
reflash.

Also it is easy to save console output  (not limited to just one page) as a
text file - at least in Linux, you do not need to make a screenshot. You may
also select output with the mouse and then either right-click and select
"Copy" or use CNTRL-SHIFT-C. It should be possible with other operating
systems too.
