[Elphel-support] Corruption in QuickTime Files - strange FPS

Hi guys,
Thanks for the feedback, it turns out this issue was just a problem with
buffer overrun.
I had some confusion because I was using ElphelVision in conjunction with
camogm- and they were contradicting each others reporting on current
datarate.
Once I isolated that problem, I was able to troubleshoot properly to
discover that my external sata enclosure was the cause of the problem.
