[Elphel-support] bit-image x359 generated from source doesn't work

Comment the i_sp1 and i_sp2 clkout signals out in the file 
x359.ucf.Those are two ports that are in
the restraints file but not in the verilog code. This error is fixed in 
a CVS commit but not in the "retail" package.
Compiling should work then.
