[Elphel-support] 10353 as simple serial server?

Hi Andrey,

A USB->serial adapter would probably work for this application.  I don't
have a camera nearby right now.  Is the ETRAX USB port available directly on
the 10353 board?  Looking at the wiki, I can't tell if the pins are exposed
or only linked to the 30-pin connector.
