I was at this point, too.
Does the netboot command yield any further output?
Does it say "JUMP" at the end and the return value 0?
Connect a serial console (RS232 input at the side behind the cover)
and look at the output, for example with ttylog or cutecom.
Does it say anything regarding nfs?
How far does it boot?
What is your network configuration like? What does your exports file 
look like?
