[Elphel-support] JP46 RTP server

Hello,
for my verification and testing system  I need to lunch JP46 RTP
server and generate specific video stream on flight or from file.
In other word Im looking for a way how to emulate Elphel JP46 RTP source.
The identity of stream souring of this solution to how it implemented
in Elphel camera is important for me in respect with performance
evaluation.

Could you give me any ideas about the easiest way to eplement such
kind JP4 RTP server.
