[Elphel-support] Adding additional EXIF2.2 Data Fields

I am wondering what the correct procedure is to add additional fields
to camera internal written EXIF data?

http://wiki.elphel.com/index.php?title=Exif_init.php seems to be
outdated as that file does not exist anymore in current (8.X?)
firmware?

Are /etc/Exif_template.xml and /mnt/flash/html/exif.php the replacements?

What would be the proper way to add additional EXIF fields like eg.
CFAPattern Tag = 41730 (A302.H) as described on page 47-48 of the
Exif2-2.pdf?

Do imgsrv and camogm also require modifications to support new EXIF
fields or do they grab the data from the PHP generated templates?
