[Elphel-support] Rebroadcast the live streaming?

Esteban,

I noticed the same thing about changing the port. Andrey Latin already
described this Linux specific stuff. I am now reading about multicast to
understand fully, but it seems Windows implementation is wrong.

They are different kind of multicast addresses:
