[Elphel-support] EXIF TAGs Missing after upgrade

I can not repeat this by upgrading the other camera from 8.0.3 to 8.0.7.

 

By executing bootblocktool with –w  switch, now I have:

REVISION=E

BRAND=ELPHEL

Robbert,

this data is not overwritten when the software is upgraded - it is stored in
bootblock (block 0), so it seems that "brand", "model" and "revision" were
never written during manufacturing of this camera. I'll see were/when it was
originally programmed and how it could happen that some data is missing. And
we'll restore those missing parameters in your camera.
