[Elphel-support] Complaint camera

Hello,

I sent this email again, because we didn´t received answer.

let me introduce new information about situation with two cameras.

Camera number 2 is ready.
Camera number 1 isn´t work. According your  instruction, camera number 1 was rebooted, and we tried to record new firmware, but unfortunately, it wasn´t success.

Could you sent us more detailed manual?
