[Elphel-support] Script for changing the SADDR bit for the MT9P031 sensor

I use TeraTerm.

I receive something else than 0xffff, but it seam to be the same value for
any register...

Maybe I should check my power on my sensor chip.

FPGA bitstream stalls, it doesn't initialize if I power on my sensor PCB.
