[Elphel-support] Firmware build problems

Hi All,

I'm trying to build a custom 8.2.16 firmware and keep having these errors
during the 'make tools' phase:

I don't see any indication in the build.log of when those files were
support to be compiled.  I'm running this on Ubuntu 14.10 64-bit.  I
manually downloaded and installed the cris-dist .deb file for Ubuntu
Precise, as it was the most recent version.  Any thoughts?
