Dear Andrey,

Yes, we followed these instructions.
We did the conversion with ImageJ and used only the green channel for calibration and
disparity calculation. However the results are not satisfying.

May could we send you some example image, so that you can possible spot some error / feature?

Thanks a lot,
Gergo

Dear Gergely,

Have you followed my my recommendation to discard red and blue channels and process only green pixels?
Do you capture images in JP4 format and convert them with our ImageJ plugin that un-applies gamma-conversion and generate linear floating point images? There are other programs to do that conversion, but we recommend ImageJ as a starting point.
When you use Bayer mosaic images as if they were monochrome (as with your previous samples) that leads to correlation errors, especially if you use phase correlation that amplifies high frequency components. If you do not discard red and blue components the color tone pattern will interfere with disparity extraction because the high-frequency components caused by the color are orders of magnitude stronger than those caused by the feature details needed for correlation.

Andrey
