[Elphel-support] Synchronizing with an external flash

Hello,

I would like to synchronize an Elphel camera with an external flash (a
Nikon SB-910) when calling http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/snapfull.php
I am using a NC353L-369.

As written in the following link, I should use J15 connector :

What kind of signal is circulating on pins 3 and 4 ? Is it 5V voltage ?
