[Elphel-support] Compiling bug fix for VLC streaming

Hello Andrey,

I do not need to provide a patch because the code I made is exactly the
code in CVS repository pointed out by Sebastian. I simply made an update
of CVS sources and compiled them. I could reflash my camera with a 8.2.0
version and this time VLC was working as expected.

Regards.

Éric
