There is, but since the USB on board is only 1.1, it will not be fast.
It would probably much faster if you copy the files over the network
to the pc you are actually typing the commands from using:

scp root at 192.168.0.9:/var/hdd /location/on/your/harddisk [enter]

(password is the same as your ssh password)

On windows you can use pscp.
