[Elphel-support] Odd Bug: Jpeg Sequence stops at 1909 frames on every attempt

That's really dependent on the type of filesystem.  I wouldn't
consider 1909 files in a single directory to be an unmanageable amount
unless there is an issue with the type of filesystem or the process
that's writing the files.  Is this ext2/3?
