[Elphel-support] no connection to camera

Dear Tom,

The easiest way (well, for me) to be able to connect to the camera is to
connect it directly (not forgetting the power supply) to your pc and set the
pc's ip address to 192.168.0.15, for example. Then http://192.168.0.9.

But if you can set up your router so that the devices from subnets
192.168.0.xxx & 10.0.0.xxx could see each other - it's better to do it this
way.
