[Elphel-support] Schematics and Board layout for 10359B

Steffen,

I did not yet get to the computer were I can create nicer PDF and export
parts list from the old MS Excel 97 script (was not able to run it on
WINE), so I only uploaded circuit diagram (rotated 90 degrees and repeated
twice :-( ) and Gerber files. Links are now  on the same wiki page
