[Elphel-support] how much time does it take to get an elhpel camera order processed?

Hi,

I wonder what everyone's experience is about the ordering process at elphel?

I'm trying to order a camera for weeks now, but to no avail? So far, I
received one e-mail response from sales at elphel.com, but the order was
still not processed.

This is a very promising project & all, but if one just cannot buy the
hardware, what is the point?
