[Elphel-support] Lens selection for NC353L photo-finish mode

Hello,

I am going to purchase an NC353L camera and am looking for some advice
on which lens I need for the camera. A few notes about how the camera
will be used:
   -Camera will be used in the photo-finish mode, that is taking
images at 2x1936 pixels at as high a frame rate as possible,
approximately 2500 fps
   -Initial use of the camera will be in the winter for ski races so
there will be a variety of lighting conditions
   -I don't have measurements for the distance and field of view of
the target but can get these if needed

I have little experience with camera optics so any insight that can be
provided would be much appreciated.
