[Elphel-support] Elphel Software on (K)Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat

Problem: Elphel Software (< 8.0.9.1) installation freezes and firmware image
is not created.

Reason: Kubuntu 10.10 Maverick comes with grep-2.6.3 which has a bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grep/+bug/651867 (--include is
broken). It resulted in "makefiles_add_axis" incorrect work.

Solution: In 8.0.9.1 in "makefiles_add_axis" 'grep' was replaced with
'find'. The fix is compatible with older OSes.
