[Elphel-support] Rebroadcast the live streaming?

I also noticed another problem testing multicast.

Here is my setup:
- a camera streaming in multicast in 1920x1088, 24 FPS & 85% JPEG quality.

- a server running VLC to transcode and restream in theora over http
vlc rtsp://192.168.0.9:554 --sout
'#transcode{vcodec=theo,vb=1024,fps=10,scale=0.5}:duplicate{dst=std{access=http,mux=ogg,dst=0.0.0.0:8080}}'
-vv
- additionally the same server run every 10 minutes by cron this command to
record to files:
killall -2 gst-launch-0.10  > /dev/null 2>&1
gst-launch -e -m rtspsrc location=rtsp://192.168.0.9:554 latency=500
protocols=0x00000002 ! rtpjpegdepay ! matroskamux ! filesink
location=/media/disk/MKV/hawks_`date +%s`.mkv > /dev/null 2>&1 &
- and every minute I make a fullsize snapshot for a timelapse movie (also by
cron):
wget http://192.168.0.9/snapfull.php -O ~/timelapse/`date +%s`.jpg  >
/dev/null 2>&1

- another PC just run VLC in full-screen with our multicast stream:
vlc rtsp://192.168.0.9:554

The bug:
time to time client disconnection from multicast stream kill the other
clients, I think by generating a broken image. Sometimes it does not brake
the image enough to kill the player and the player display broken JPEG
images. In this case snapfull.php help and restore the stream.

You can try to connect with an additional mplayer/vlc/totem client and close
the window, after some tries it should kill all the other players.
