[Elphel-support] RTSP issue

[Ángel]

It seems that the player exits when the bandwidth of the wireless channel is
not enough for the current camera stream bitrate.

Now I have to find the way to get the Mplayer/Gstreamer waiting until the
signal is good again, instead to quit.
